True about the name haha.
Honestly there is a big issue with communication within the dust team. If you notice most devs are surprised by changes that were not in the patch notes, and they never acknowledge the sticker remote mine change. I'm pretty sure no one at CCP knows to this day who made that change.
Most of the blue posts are producers... I don't think they know anything.
Why does the Ammar heavy have a bonus for a weapon that isn't in the game?
Why have there been weapon changes that CCP wolfman is surprised by?
How am I suppose to have customer confidence when the devs don't know what's going on... |

If you think it SO easy then go to www.UDK.com and dowload the Unreal Development Kit and see what its like and what it takes to make a game. Like Dust, the dev kit is free. If you dont want to do that then watch some instructional videos on how to use the kitso you can get a grasp on it. I hate my phone....
I do I am a professional working in udk as a teacher. I teach it to 10-12 year olds at idtech camps all over the nation, they make better games faster than CCP. Plus I've been involved in professional development of makes made using udk. It's easy anyone can do it.
The issue here is the orginal dust team thought skrimik 1.0 was going to be the smallest gamemode and promises that PvE was so close to being done it would be in the game in the next 3 months before the end of 2012. They were so confindent the 1st release trailer for the game uses PvE as a selling point...
CCP didn't understand the memory limitations of the PS3, I would want to see the game ported to PS4. They can keep the udk engine and it would speed up development. They've spent the past 4 months tweaking the memory use on the new cladari production map, this would be a problem on PS4... CCP is spending all fo it's efforts on optimising the game so they can put new features they have done in the game.
When the devs in CCP play dust they get to play it on PCs, in udk test preview. That doesn't mean the game is ready for release on PS3, which is why we have a huge lack of dev blogs, and most likely why we don't have all the suits yet. All those new models means more strain on texture memory. CCP was being inexperienced and literally made a ton of features and content that was unable to be added to the game.
They removed those cool mountable small turrets due to memory constraints...
I've been there, good on you for typing all that on your phone :P |

I would rather they waste their time fixing the game than spending every hour of the day replying to thread after thread of repeated questions. If silence is golden, then it looks like we struck the mother lode this month. yep you're right, but tell me one time they actually implemented something which worked good from the get go?. Skirmish 1.0 Enough said.
